Shop Insurance
Many insurance companies now offer shop insurance online. Shop around for deals to suit you.

Lease
Simple leases can be found on some online law sites rather than spending money on a solicitor which may be expensive or more time consuming.
Non Domestic Rates

Broadband/Phone
You may need a broadband connection so that you can have a phone or till or payment machines or use TVs or other devices.
Music Licence
If you play any music in your shop or even if customers listen to music in your shop you need a music licence from PPL, cost around £600pa.
TV Licence
If you play any live tv such as sports, news or BBC player or stream any TV you will need a TV licence. Â Also if any clients watch tv on their devices in your shop you need a TV licence.
Electric / Gas
You will be contacted by many energy suppliers and its important to pick the right one who can offer a commercial contract.
